Return to Canada from the U.S.A.:
Never having lived in Toronto and moving to a unknown and new location for our family was stressful.   Gail, on short notice (2 days), took us under her wings and made us love Toronto.    She went way beyond of simply visiting houses (nearly 35 in 3 days).      We enjoyed our house hunting trip !!   Not only that, 3 weeks after we bought a house, Gail is still there to help us any way she can.    There are no words to describe the personal touch and the dedication she puts in her work.     Being our 6th move in 9 years with GE ... we have had our share of experiences!    Gail was a reference of relocating friends at GE and I can see why they didn't hesitate to give us her name. Just Moving On:
We had the pleasure of selling our townhouse with Gail Johnson. Much to our delight Gail sold our home in record time and 100% of list price. I know this should say it all, however, my husband and I felt it necessary to sing Gail's praises in writing. The marketing of our home was very effective – we liked the touch of having a professional floor plan produced and the virtual tour also. When we looked at homes to buy we did not see anything so complete and effective as your marketing package – we saw glossy brochures, we read over the top descriptions of homes but we did not see any package as complete and as tasteful, professional and effective as yours for our home.     And all that came together to produce a very successful outcome – we think the home was priced right and your management of the two bids that came in after only 3 days on the market was very effective – to have sold quickly for slightly above the price we asked was most satisfying, particularly as we watched homes that had been on the market around us, with other agents, linger unsold.     And the subsequent purchase of this home was a similarly satisfying experience – considered advice backed up by in depth research and finally good negotiating skills to close the deal and also sort out the small problems we found at inspection.
